What is the best athletic/protective cup?

I am looking for a very good protective cup for a softball league anyone know of the best? what supporter too?

I use this new cup called the Nutty Buddy that is by far the best cup I’ve worn. I wore the normal V-shaped Bike cup before and it was always pinching so I tried a couple different brands. There was a flex cup I tried, don’t remember the brand, that was okay. I was worried that it wouldn’t hold up to a shot though. Then I found Nutty Buddy and the dude that invented it takes a shot to the cup from a pitching machine to demonstrate. And it’s very comfortable. That’s my recommendation.
I wear it with a jock and compression shorts per the manufacturers recommendation. I use the Bike nylon jock that came with the package I bought. I didn’t think I would like that, but it feels comfortable. The cup goes between the jock and shorts which is nice because you can take it out easily after a game or to use the bathroom. The pouch shorts were kind of a pain when it came to that.
I have played ball for many years, always infield, mostly catcher and first base. I ALWAYS wear a jock and cup. The best one I have found so far is the Original Banana Cup. Apparently the guy that invented and manufactured it died recently, and nobody seems to know if anybody will pick up making them again. You can still find them in some independant sporting goods stores if you look. I bought a couple of them the last time I saw them because I never wanted to be without. They are a bit larger than a Bike cup, but very comfortable. If you wear baseball shorts or pants, be prepared for jokes and comments from fellow players, that sucker sticks out a bit! But, having gotten hit by line drives and bad hops a couple times, it is totally worth saving my "boys". As far as a jockstrap goes, I prefer a basic Bike brand: stands up to repeated washings and comfortable. The OBC won’t fit into a Bike strap, so next best is Adams, which will fit the OBC. Also sturdy and comfortable. ShockDoctor just came out with an aluminum alloy cup that I have seen for Martial Arts, which may be my next choice in the future if I need another one and the OBC is nowhere to be found.
